Good ol’fashion fun
Activity Idea: Grab a spare pillow case, round up some friends and family and have a good ol’ fashion potato sack race. See which team can make it to the finish line first.
Nutrition Tip: Pumpkins are packed with Vitamin A and many other important nutrients. Canning and freezing are great ways to preserve these healthy foods all year round. Recipe: A Healthier Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix (or any flavor that you prefer)
1-15 oz. can of pumpkin

Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix (or any flavor that you prefer)
1-15 oz. can of pumpkin
Preparation:
- Preheat oven according to directions on box.
- Mix together cake mix and can of pumpkin. (No need for eggs, oil, water-use the cake mix only)
- Bake according to directions on the box.
