Catamount Arts was founded in 1975 with a mission of enhancing the cultural climate of northern Vermont and New Hampshire. Integration of the arts into community life has been our guiding principle and we attempt to cultivate awareness and appreciation of the arts through a diversified schedule of film, music, theater, dance, and the visual arts. At Catamount Arts you will find The Stephen Huneck Pure Love Exhibit on Display, A film library offering a video collection of over 4000 titles and is recognized as one of the finest film libraries in New England. They offer various dance classes throughout the year, including Argentine Tango. It's also a perfect location to host your next function, meeting or party!

The Vermont Children's Theater provides the children in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont with a practical introduction to theatre, developing theatrical technique, self-confidence and personal responsibility regardless of their ability to pay. The VCT is committed to the pleasure, enjoyment, sense of self worth and accomplishment of children, collectively and as individuals. VCT presents 2-3 shows each summer, all performed by local children from 7 yrs old through graduating high school seniors.
